Yoga at Home

Yoga practice's combined with  walking in nature are a perfect way to spend the day.

Tap into the uplifting energy of springtime and immerse for a day in the teachings of accessible yoga practices and time spent in nature. This day  will give you a real boost! Plant the seeds for new growth with this well being day.

Couple Walking

Join me in Balsall Common at St Peter's Church Hall on Saturday 4th May 2024. We will start our day retreat at 9.30 am with a nourishing and energising yoga practice. 90 minutes suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.

After a refreshment break we will head off for a local springtime walk around the village and surrounding area. We will walk for approx 90 minutes and the participants will need a moderate level of fitness with some hills to tackle.

After the walk we will enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch together. The afternoon will include pranayama breath work practices, meditation and a taster yin yoga session and relaxing yoga Nidra to finish. 

£55 per person includes a yoga session, guided walk, lunch , tea, coffee and snacks. Arrival time 9.15 - 4. Booking essential.
