Our Well Woman Weekend is especially tailored for women. Whatever stage of menopause you're in or even if you aren't there yet! This retreat will provide you with crucial information, science based facts, holistic tips and yoga practices to support you on this transformational journey of menopause and womanhood.

There is a lot of life to live on the other side of menopause. By embracing the change, you can live your best and healthiest life by learning ways to optimise your health, energy and well being.

  • Holland House actively seeks to be “in harmony with creation”. This means understanding our relationship and place in the universe as human beings, both as individuals and groups, in a creation filled with many other kinds of being, all of whom reflect the glory of God.

  • Holland House seeks to provide the space, time and ethos that will facilitate an authentic encounter with self, the other and the Divine – whether on a spiritual retreat, at a business meeting, walking in the gardens, or sitting in quiet prayer and meditation.

  • As a Christian Retreat House, being in harmony with creation also means finding harmony with other faith traditions, and in support of this Holland House seeks to encourage people from other traditions to use the House and to share the treasures of their own faith with us. Holland House works in partnership with Worcester Interfaith Forum in support of this aim.

  • The vision for Holland House is to increasingly become a place that enables this encounter to take place whilst remaining rooted in its Christian tradition. By positively inviting people of every faith and none to share their own encounters with the Divine, Holland House actively pursues its stated aim: to discover and promote harmony with all creation.

About  Holland  House

Holland House stands in three acres of beautiful gardens alongside the River Avon and is situated in the beautiful Vale of Evesham, an area with a long history of market gardening including some of the best quality apples, plums, pears and, of course, the famous ‘gras’ (asparagus). Since 1946 it has been a Retreat House, offering opportunities for both individuals or groups to visit either for a single day or longer residential retreats. With 27 bedrooms, a beautiful bespoke chapel, a variety of meeting rooms and 4 acres of gardens, Holland House is a fabulous venue in which to rest, create, learn, discuss, or simply to have some quiet time.

Muscles and Bones class. Information and yoga practice for bone health. Reassess your approach to exercise.

Brain Health mental health and relevant yoga practice.

Gut Health.

A qualified nutritionist will join us for an informational talk
