Weekend Retreat 2022

 Braziers Park is the perfect venue for a yoga retreat and September 2022 will see me returning there to host my third in this special place. A retreat provides a  wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, reset and recharge by  immersing in all things yoga for a weekend together.

The next retreat will be  September 23rd - 25th 2022 for three days and two nights. I really hope you can join me for a special weekend.

As well as the extended weekend programme, there will also be the same therapist returning for the full three days. Everyone that experienced a treatment with Emma thought she was fantastic. There is a lovely woodland walk which is a great opportunity to experience some of the wildlife beauties of the estate. There is also the option of joining a guided walk with a resident of Braziers to learn more about this magical place and its history. The weekend is yours.

There will be delicious vegetarian and vegan food and plenty of opportunity to hang out, chat, meet like-minded people, read, relax and enjoy being in natural surroundings.  I really hope you can join me for an unforgettable  weekend of body mind nourishment.

The Venue

Braziers Park - a charming country manor house, set deep in beautiful countryside and the rolling Chiltern Hills of South Oxfordshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty. A location that is just perfect for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga retreat.

This is a guide programme, the precise timetable will be finalised nearer the time of the retreat and will be based on the interests and experience of those who book on to the retreat.

Within the free time slots there is an option to book relaxing treatments, and to join a guided walk around the grounds and find out some of history. Braziers Park is nestled in 57 acres of private land which you are free to explore. Or perhaps you would prefer time to yourself for reading, writing, relaxing, napping, or socialising with like minded yogis. All yoga classes are optional not compulsory. Remember this time is yours alone.

  • Reiki treatment.

  • Ayurvedic massage

  • Massages – full body, back, hand and arm, legs and feet.


Price for the weekend includes:

6 yoga sessions – varying styles, 2 meditation practices, Gong Bath
Accommodation and all meals – delicious vegetarian / vegan food.


  • £430.00 per person for a shared room

  • £450.00 per person for a single room

  • Option 1:Two stage payment*

Initial non refundable deposit of £100 to secure your place. The remainder payment will be due no later than 23rd August

Option 2: Pay in instalments via BACS - standing order*
Initial non refundable deposit followed by instalments set by yourself 10 or 12 monthly payments (excluding the Christmas month of
December if you wish).

will be dependent on which room option you take.
